The two children of Belgian technical director Kenny Deuss, Alix (born in 2019) and Aster (born in 2021), are raised by their girlfriend. After maternity leave, Kenny’s girlfriend was compelled to return to her job. She began emailing him all the time, requesting pictures and inquiring how they were doing.
In an attempt to frighten her, Kenny sent her Photoshop-manipulated pictures of the kids in perilous circumstances. He snapped photos of the kids dangling over cliffs, climbing on roofs, and wielding chainsaws and drills.
